- No pets are accepted
- Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, minimum stay 7 days and for persons names at time of booking.
- A non-returnable deposit of £100 payable within 7 days of booking will secure holiday and balance payable 4 weeks prior to holiday
- The cottage is available from 2pm and should be vacated before 10am on day of departure.
- Any damages/breakages are expected to be paid for or replaced.
- No responsibility will be accepted for injury sustained or loss/damage to vehicles or effects brought into the property by guests.
